The apps are not yet verified by Google, Apple or Microsoft, so your device warns you the first time you install or open one. Progress is saved on each device; sign in with Google to keep it on all of them.
Throttle Outlaws, by Wizlockie Creations, saves your progress, settings and records on this device. If you sign in with Google on the website, your Google account ID and name are used to sign you in, your progress is stored with your account so it follows you to other devices, and the driver name, car and result of your best run in each mode are shown on the public global leaderboards. Guests get an anonymous ID from Google Firebase (no account, no personal details) and their best runs are shown the same way. You can sign out at any time, and Settings → Delete my data deletes your account, cloud save, leaderboard entries and everything on this device.
Win a race to open its next tier: Bronze, then Silver, then Gold, each with faster, rougher rivals and a bigger win reward. Every race also comes in Reverse and Night variants. Rivals will shove you toward the rails, and in later events the police chase you, ram you and block the road. There are no lives in races: crashes cost time, and getting busted by the police ends the race.
One-on-one races up a 100-driver ranking. Beat the challenger directly above you to take their spot. Every tenth rank is a boss. Each new rank taken pays a Blacklist bonus; spend your winnings on upgrades. The police join every duel once you pass the halfway mark. There are no lives: crashes cost time, and getting busted by the police loses the race.
